Moebius's chassis proved to be the most challenging thing about this build because there is so much stuff to cram into such a small area. We built the chassis out of 1/4" 6061-T6 Aluminum. Excluding the shell, nothing on Moebius is welded. Everything is bolted together. At last count there were 224 bolts holding Moebius together. All drilled and tapped by Mike.
