Cyclone
(Radio Control *6 channels) $69.95
Effortlessly...smoothly...speedily...silently...multi-directionally...in
a gliding motion...Cyclone Robot Kit, the unique "wonder
ball" will traject you to another age, another dimension,
another galaxy. Powered by a wireless remote radio controller,
Cyclone responds instantly to commands of 'spin,' 'swivel,'
'forward,' 'backward,' 'left,' 'or 'right.' Four different
frequency settings offer a multitude of challenges, including
speed races or timed, maz competitions. Control sticks
afford the user complete control even as Cyclone swivels
wildly from left to right. As friends stare in wonder,
they will be repeatedly inquiring, "How does it move?"
Cyclone possesses a certain mystery and stands apart
from other MOVIT family members. Its unique design includes
domes that protrude from the sides of two parallel wheels
and a see-through membrane that permits interior viewing
to engage the eye. Engineers also will be intrigued by:
a motion system based upon drive wheels and concentric
discs that allow the user to propel its movement and;
a ballast created by the batteries' weight to keep Cyclone's
center upright. Cyclone provides basic knowledge of radio
waves and principles of gear mechanism and is destined
to windstorm users to a world of fun.

Hyper
Line Tracker $45.00
"Hyper" yes, and we really mean it. This cyber
bug possesses a sonic tracking system, and is fortified
with a multitude of sensors: photo transistors to detect
a black line, Tracking memory to memorize its last track
of the black line, and two red LEDs that flash to tell
you which side of the light sensor is activated. What
this all means is that HYPER LINE TRACKER is the fastest
line navigator that we have ever seen. HYPER LINE TRACKER
follows a course of your own design! By using a light
emitter, light sensor circuitry, and tracking memory,
it demonstrates how robots "see" a pathway.
Make a path with a black felt marker or black tape and
watch how light sensors enable the robot's motors to make
course corrections.
Specifications:
Movement: 2 wheels driven by 2 DC motors.
Control: LED/photo transistor, tracking memory.
Power Source: "AA" x 4 each (not included).
Power Consumption: (circuit) 60mA, (mechanical) 300mA.
Size: H110 x L155 x W160 mm

Moon
Walker II $29.95
Not one, but two! Light and Sound! MOON WALKER II has
combined the technology of two sensors. A whimsical indication
of future trends, MOON WALKER II begins to walk when it
detects a change in light intensity or sound commands.
MOON WALKER II continues it's four legged voyage until
instructed by an internal timer to stop. This kit presents
an engaging oppor-tunity to learn about some of the mechanics,
operation and history of robots. When assembled, this
robot uses a phototransistor to sense changes in light
(such as turning on a lamp) and a condenser microphone
to sense changes in sound (such as clapping). It converts
those stimuli into electronic signals to power a motor,
and MOON WALKER II will walk forward for a preset time.
When it stops, affecting other change in light area light
or sound may activate it again. The sensors be adjusted
for different sensitivity levels.
Specifications:
Movement: 2 legs on each side by crank shaft.
Control: (1)Sound sensor including condenser microphone/transistor;
(2)Light sensor/photo-transistor.
Power Source: "AA" x 1 (not included). Power
Consumption: Approx. 210mA.
Size: H130 x Diameter 100mm.

Spider
III $45.00
"Cool" just got even cooler with the invention
of SPIDER III, the third generation in our quest to offer
the most advanced design and technology available. With
its radical walking style, this intelligent robot avoids
interference. This robot teaches us to turn the other
cheek when confronted in a challenging situation. SPIDER
III emits a light sensor beam; detects bogus things in
front of it, signaling it to change direction and continue
on a new path of righteousness.
Do you know why SPIDER III is so cool? It has more features
and costs less than the older version. That's way cool!
Man gropes his way in the dark. A bat flies in the dark
sensing its own super-sonic wave reflecting back from
obstacles. Likewise, SPIDER III emits light sensor rays
and judges by the reflection if there are any obstacles
in front and gives signals in the form of electric pulses
to alter the rotating direction of the left side motor
to evade obstacles.
Specifications:
Movement: 3 legs on each side by crank shaft(s), 2 DC
motors.
Power: "AA" battery x 2 each, 9v x 1 each (not
included).
Control: infrared/photo transistor.
Size: H110 x L140 x W100 MM

S-Cargo
$29.95
S-Cargo is a sequential command, two-wheeled robot. It
is controlled by using the hand held sound activator,
clapping your hands or making any other loud sound. For
each sound S-Cargo will begin a new action. This type
of control is known as sequential control. It is not possible
to control the type of command that will be executed next
- this is preprogrammed. An internal counter keeps track
of which command is next in the cycle. However, it is
possible to control the time at which command is next
in the cycle.

condenser microphone/transistor Power Source: 1-9V &
2-AA batteries (batteries not included) Color: Clear.

Sumo
Robot (Infrared Avoid / Attack) $56.95
The super warrior SUMO ROBOT can be controlled to assail
and overpower its opponent or retreat to prepare for battle.
An infrared sensor beam is emitted when detecting an opponent.
Upon detection, it instructs the brain of SUMO to "charge",
thereby creating a bonafide wrestling match! You can be
the referee (gyoji) and decide who the grand champion
(yokozuna) will be. Buy two and let the SUMO ROBOT (wrestling)
match begin!

Navius
$49.95
Navius (the navigator) is a very "predictable",
two-wheeled robot. It is predictable because an internal
program stored on a memory disk created by "you"
controls it. Therein, however, lies the fun. Navius is
easily re-programmable by you.
Navius is controlled by black and white patterns on a
disk/piece of paper, which are read by an infrared sensor.
Particular patterns activate either of two wheels or make
the robot pause. These on/off commands illustrate the
basic principles of binary coding. To change a movement
program, the operator simply creates a new disk pattern.
Navius comes with 1 disk with a sample program and 2 blank
disks. You can make as many disks as you want using white
paper and one of the blank disks as a template.
Set your course and explore the facinating world of Navius!
Specifications:
Assembled Printed Circuit Board Movement: 2 Wheels driven
by 2 DC motors.
Control: Infrared sensor, infrared photo interrupter,
transistors, and IC.
Power Source: "AA" x 2 each, 9V x 1 (not included).
Size: H60 x L160 x W120 mm.
