This is a very somber day. About three hours ago the Space Shuttle
Columbia disintegrated over Texas during re-entry. As you may
know I am employeed at Kennedy Space Center and I was working
at the Launch Control Complex when Columbia launched 16 days ago.
My heart goes out to the families of of the seven Astronauts
aboard Columbia STS-107:
